The Personal Chef Behind Sui Generis

Chef Jonathan is a busy full-time professional himself who decided to pursue another one of his passions: cooking for others. He has learned that time is the new currency and that busy professionals and families are strapped to prepare nutritious, delicious meals. He started by cooking meals for himself and his wife in just the way he now offers to his clients, in order to save time during the week.

Jonathan has a passion for food. He is a member of both the Canadian Personal Chef Association (CPCA) and the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA). In an effort to continuously provide personal and delicious experience for his clients, Jonathan is currently both studying to obtain a Personal Chef Diploma from the Culinary Business Academy, which offers the industry’s most comprehensive personal chef training, and is a student at the Académie Culinaire in Montreal.

He is a self-taught personal chef but is constantly working on his skills and expanding his culinary repertoire. He also encourages his clients to learn more about food and nutrition through recipes and informative articles.
When he is not cooking for my clients, he is reading food-related magazines, testing new recipes, browsing through kitchen stores or watching the Food Network! He is always working to learn something new to become a better chef and serve Sui Generis’ clients better.
