Customized menus
Your individual tastes drive the creation of your customized menu. A
free consultation with your personal chef will provide us with all of
the information needed to plan healthy meals tailored to your personal
preferences. Sui Generis understand that each palate constitutes a class
of its own.
Grocery shopping
The bane of many a family’s weekend, grocery shopping can consume
enormous time and effort when you consider the planning, parking, and
line-ups. Sui Generis will shop for the freshest and highest quality
ingredients on the morning of your cook date. The service plan you choose
includes the cost of all groceries.
In-home meal preparation
The morning of the agreed upon cook date your personal chef will arrive
at your home with everything he needs to prepare your meals. You don’t
even need to be at home. You need only provide a working stove, fridge,
freezer and room to work. The chef brings all of his own utensils and
equipment.
Your personal chef will prepare your customized
meals for you in your kitchen. They will be clearly divided into three
categories: “Now” (to be eaten that night), “Fridge”
(refrigerated for use within 2-3 days) and “Freezer” (frozen
for use within 2-3 weeks). Your personal chef will provide you with
simple reheating instructions. Because Sui Generis uses recipes that
have been proven to retain their flavour after refrigeration or freezing,
by following these simple instructions your meals will taste like they
were just prepared!
Storage and clean up
Your personal chef will not leave you to clean a thing! Your kitchen
will be left spotless, and you come home to find a great selection of
prepared and packaged meals conveniently stored in your refrigerator
and freezer.
Your Sui Generis personal chef will add variety
(see
a sample menu) and provide you with healthy alternatives to boring
and greasy take-out and stressful last minutes dinner decisions. All
